Refund policy

We understand that life happens, and plans can change. Our goal is to support your family while respecting the time and preparation involved in caring for your child.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance: Full refund or credit toward a future session.

Cancellations within 24 hours: 50% refund or credit (at your discretion).

No-shows or cancellations within 8 hours of the session: Non-refundable.

🔄 Rescheduling

You may reschedule a session once, free of charge, with at least 12 hours notice.

Same-day rescheduling is subject to availability and may include a rebooking fee.

💳 Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5 -7 business days to the original payment method.

⏰ Late Pickup Fee

A 5-minute grace period is provided after your scheduled pickup time.

After that, a fee of $2 per minute will apply.

If we are unable to reach you or an emergency contact after 30 minutes, we may contact local authorities for child welfare support as per Alberta guidelines.

Refunds do not apply to orientation or registration fees.

If we must cancel your session, a full refund or rebooking will be offered.
